of Burlington; 51
BURLINGTON -- Daniel P. Jalbert, passed away unexpectedly in an accident on Monday morning, August 15, 2011. He was 51 years old. Daniel was born in Woburn and grew up in Burlington. He participated in Burlington Youth Hockey. He was a graduate of Burlington High School. He worked a mason working on construction projects all over the Boston area. Daniel's interests included riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle and following the Patriots and Bruins. He cherished the time spent with his children, parents, and family. He will be lovingly remembered by all his family and friends.
Daniel was the loving father of Tawney Jalbert of Tyngsboro & her companion Matt and Steven Jalbert of Chelmsford. He was the son of Robert and Jean (Christensen) Jalbert of Burlington. He was the brother of Robert Jr. & his wife Paula of Methuen, Patricia Bordie & her husband Ralph of Austin, TX, John of Burlington, James of Rochester, NY, Nancy Young & her husband Bob of Wilmington, and Peter & his wife Amanda of Billerica. He was the dear friend of Linda Avakian of Everett. He was also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
JALBERT -- Funeral from the Edward V. Sullivan Funeral Home, 43 Winn St. BURLINGTON (exit 34 off Rt. 128, Woburn side) on Friday, August 19 at 9 a.m. Followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Margaret's Church, 111 Winn St., Burlington at 10 a.m. Visiting hours Thursday from 4-8 p.m. Interment in St. Patrick's Cemetery, Lowell. Memorials in Daniel's name may be made to People Helping People, P.O. Box 343, Burlington, MA 01803. Heaven must be like being surrounded by such wonderful neighbors and who you consider family forever, when you're at a funeral service as nice as Dannys. Danny was very fortunate that so many people will miss him and considered him special enough to miss him grately. May we all be this loved, no matter what we have done, good or bad, when it's our turn to journey into the Heavens.

To the entire Jalbert family:
I want to send my sincere sorrow and sadness at the loss of Danny. I was a friend of his, and John when I lived in Burlington. Danny and John probably had my sister's for a teacher at Meadowbrook school. Danny was a special person, and was always a good friend to me. My family (The Scanlan family, formally of 46 Lexington St.) send our sincere condolences to all of you at this time of your loss. May peace find it's way to all of you.
