David Boland Obituary

WELLINGTON, Fla. - David R. Boland Sr., 53, a Lowell native who was raised in Pelham, died unexpectedly Tuesday, July 22, at his home in Wellington. He was the husband of Marie F. (Dow) Boland, to whom he was married for 36 years.

He was born in Lowell on Nov. 12, 1949, a son of the late Thomas and Stephanie (Gacek) Boland. He received his early education in the Pelham school system and graduated from Alvirne High School in Hudson.

Mr. Boland worked as a glazier, cutting and setting window glass for many years.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, David Boland Jr. and his wife Tracey of Berlin, N.H.; a daughter and son-in-law, Mellisa Palladino and her husband Edward F. Palladino III; seven grandchildren, Courtney, Trevor, Brooke, Stephanie and Kody Palladino, Jeremy and Thomas Boland; a sister and brother-in-law, Diane Patti and her husband Anthony, residing in Florida; and several nieces and nephews.
