Eric Jacobson Obituary
Eric A. Jacobson, the world's most extraordinary father, husband and human being on the planet, died on December 20, 2015, after a long battle with kidney and heart disease.
A remembrance of Eric's beautiful life will be held at Christ Church United, 10 Arlington Street, Dracut, MA on Monday, December 28, 2015, at 10:00 AM. Please wear green, as this is the color of Organ Donation and Kidney Disease Awareness. In lieu of flowers, please take a moment to do one of the following acts in remembrance of Eric's spirit:
1. Let everyone know you love them because today is all you have.
2. Buy someone a coffee. Help a homeless person. Talk to a stranger on a park bench.
3. Take care of your elder neighbors. Eric loved the elderly and he respected the history and insight they imbued in this world.
4. Consider becoming an organ donor. Encourage others to do so. Despite his health, Eric was able to make several donations; these represent parts of his indomitable spirit that now live on in others. Unfortunately, Eric did not get the organ we all desperately wished him to have, but someone else can! Give someone that chance!
5. Embrace your messy, wonderful,
beautiful life.

Rest in peace, Jakes. I wish I had known you weren't doing well. I would have done anything to help you or just see or hear you once more before you left this world. I pray that you are in the loving glory of our Father in Heaven and I will continue to pray for your surviving family.
Thank you for your friendship and support during my recovery from the accident in High School and thank you for your humor and great memories I will forever hold close to my heart.
