Dear Gerry,

We will forever cherish your loyal friendship and the many years of love and laughter we shared with you and Duke and your wonderful family. We are so thankful for the trips you made to New Orleans to share in our family events and we have fond memories of the joy your presence brought to these special occasions.

Your sudden departure from this earth brings much sadness to our hearts but at the same time brings us much comfort knowing you are together again with your beloved Duke. You and Duke will both remain forever in our thoughts and prayers and in our hearts, dear friend.

With much love and affection,

The Carroll Martin Family
