Gloria A. Fratus Johnson lifelong Lowell resident; 91 LOWELL Gloria A. (Andrews) Fratus Johnson, 91, of Lowell, died Jan 27, at Palm Manor Nursing Home after a brief illness. She was a widow of the late Carl A. Johnson and the late John W. Fratus. A daughter of the late Alfred and the late Frances (Mello) Andrews, she was born March 14, 1916, in Lowell and educated in the local schools. She was a lifelong Lowell resident, and a member of the former Sacred Heart Parish and a member of the Blessed Virgin Sodality. More recently, she was a communicant of St. Anthony's Church. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her sisters. She is survived by a son, Raymond Fratus and his wife, Susan Manahan, of Chelmsford; a brother, John Andrews of Center Harbor, NH; four grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. She was the mother of the late John A. Fratus, and sister of the late Gladys Santos, Rose Ramos, Mary Repose, Altina Oliver, Caroline Andrews, Alfred Andrews, Neil Andrews, and James Andrews.
