Louis G. Robillard Sr.

Beloved husband, Cherished Dad, and a Respected baseball coach.

Louis G. Robillard, Sr. passed away Tuesday after a long illness. He was the beloved husband of Donna (Strom) Robillard for 55 years.

Lou was born in Springfield on January 13, 1935. He began working at MIT in Cambridge and from there transferred to a new company being formed, The MITRE Corporation where he worked for 32 years before retiring in 1991.

"Papa Lou" was a staple of the Chelmsford Little League for 40 years.

Visiting hours will be held TODAY from 3 to 7 pm, at the BLAKE CHELMSFORD FUNERAL HOME, 24 Worthen St., CHELMSFORD. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday at 11 o'clock at St. Mary Parish, 25 North Rd., CHELMSFORD. KINDLY MEET AT THE CHURCH. In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Decibels Foundation, 63 Great Road, Suite 207, Maynard, MA 01754 or in Lou's name to the Louis G. Robillard Memorial Scholarship c/o Chelmsford High School Alumni Association, Scholarship Endowment Fund, 6 Overlook Drive, Chelmsford, MA 01824. Funeral Director Paul A.
