Patrick Moriarty Obituary
He was the beloved son of Patrick J. Moriarty Sr. and Kelli M. Schucker.
Patrick was born in Lowell, Oct. 31, 1997. He was a 3rd grade student at the Franco American School in Lowell.
He enjoyed drawing, video games, going to amusement parks especially traveling to Disney World and playing with his brother, Aedan.
Besides his parents, he is survived by his brother and best friend, Aedan Moriarty of Lowell; his paternal grandparents, Robert "Pa" and Kathy "YaYa" Moriarty of Lowell; his maternal grandparents, Victor "PaPa" and Janice "NaNa" Archambault II, Brian Schucker "PaPa Nurfy" of Pennsylvania; his maternal great-grandmothers, Marguerite Yurgal of Lowell, Edna Bracey of Pennsylvania, and Joan Archambault of Lowell.
He is also survived by his aunts and uncles, Kathleen and Steven Wetterwald, Robert Moriarty and his fiancée, Sandra Kerrigan, Daniel and Katie Lyn Moriarty, Ann Marie and Mark Brophy, Victor J. "VJ" Archambault III, Taryn A. Archambault, and John and Anne Marie Nadeau.
He also leaves his loving cousins, Patrick, Kelly Ann, Meghan, Kaitlyn and Thomas Brophy and Kassandra Wetterwald. All of PJ's friends, teachers and 3rd grade classmates at the Franco American School and a very special friend "Mookie" who was always with him in good times and bad.

My sweet boy...it is very close to your 16th birthday. I am having a very hard time tonight. I was looking at pictures of you on my old photobucket. Your smile is what I miss the most. No matter what the situation or how awful you were feeling you always had that beautiful smile. Very few people on this earth have the kindness and true goodness that you had. You have no idea how much I miss you. You are forever stuck in my head as a wonderful , sweet, caring , smart 9 year old boy even though you are a teenager now. I would give anything to see you blow out your candles on your birthday. I miss you every single day. I remember you every single day. you are deep in my heart and always will be...
We never quite forget.
No matter how many years pass, we remember.
The loss of a loved one is like a major operation.
Part of us is removed, and we have a scar
For the rest of our lives.
As years go by, we manage.
There are things to do, people to care for,
Tasks that call for full attention.
But the pain is still there, not far below the surface.
We see a face that looks familiar,

See a photograph in someone's album,
See a landscape that once we saw together,

But the thing to remember
Is that not only will the pain last,
But the blessed memories as well.
Tears are proof of life;
The more love, the more tears.
If this be true, then how could we ever ask
That the pain cease altogether?
For then the memory of love would go with it.
The pain of grief is the price we pay for love.

Happy Thanksgiving PJ.Another holiday without my big boy.I was decorating my apartment last night for Christmas with Aedan and Jameson and found the last stocking you had that you had spent forever on writing your name in glitter glue.You always wanted to have perfect handwriting. Things have changed alot in the last 6 or 7 months. I think maybe this is how things should of been. I know you see how different I am now. Being loved wasn't something I had but I'm getting used to it. I love you very much. I miss you everyday and talk about you alot. Aedan misses you. I want you to know we haven't forgotten you at all. On Fri. Oct.29th, your former classmates, now 7th graders, had a lock-in at F.A.S. During the night, we went outside to your bench to remember you and your birthday on Halloween. We sang to you and took this group picture so you could see how much we've grown.
