Raymond Trottier Obituary

Raymond P. Trottier of Lowell, 69 Lowell Raymond P. Trottier, age 69, a resident of the Highlands section of Lowell, died Tuesday morning September 16, 2008 at D'Youville Senior Care in Lowell following a lengthy illness. He was the beloved husband of Pauline F. (Lemire) Trottier, with whom he celebrated 46 years of marriage this past May. Born in South Boston on February 9, 1939, he was the son of the late Raymond O. and Alice (Desmarais) Trottier. He attended Lowell School and was a graduate of Notre Dame de Lourdes School. Prior to his retirement in 2000 Raymond had been employed by Duso Box of Lowell as a machine operator. He was a member of the former Notre Dame de Lourdes Parish. Ray was a coach in the Lowell Highland Minor League, coaching the Rams and T-Ball. He was an avid Red Sox fan who also enjoyed gardening and spending time with his family. In addition to his wife he is survived by a son: Richard R. Trottier and his wife Dianne L. of Lowell, a brother: Leo A. Trottier and his wife Barbara A. of Lowell. Also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews. TROTTIER Raymond P. Trottier, age 69, a resident of the Highlands section of Lowell died September 16, 2008. He was the beloved husband of Pauline F. (Lemire) Trottier. Family and friends may call on Thrusday September 18 from 4-8 pm at the ARCHAMBAULT FUNERAL HOME, 309-311 Pawtucket St., Lowell. Funeral Friday Morning with a Funeral Mass to be celebrated at 9:30 at St. Margarets Church, Stevens St., Lowell. Interment will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery, Chelmsford. Funeral Director Victor J. Archambault II, 978-459-9315.
