My sympathy goes out to both Michael, Dick and the family.
Mr. Wolnk was my baseball coach for three years from 1971 to 1973, He was a kind man. I visited him at his home five years ago when he was 93; rang the doorbell told him my name and his immediate response was even though it was 50 years ago said you were the one who hit his first home run when we won the championship.
I was amazed and almost made me cry. He will missed by many

I was fortunate to play second base on Stan's Chelmsford Senior Little League State Championship team in the mid-1960's. He was a great coach, strong disciplinarian and overall super guy. We had a powerhouse team but Stan never let it go to our heads.......he was a strong believer in the fundamentals of baseball and in total team chemistry. We all became better men under Stan's guidance & perseverance. May he rest in peace.

I was Stan´s podiatrist before I retired to the west coast in 2017. I really enjoyed his visits. It wasn´t easy to find out who this very modest but wonderful man was. I wish we could all be more the person he was. Please accept my deepest heartfelt condolences. I am a better person to have known him.
