of Nashua, NH, Air Force Vet; 78
NASHUA, NH -- Steven R. Miller, 78, of Nashua, NH, passed away on May 3, 2015.
He was born in Creston, Iowa on December 8, 1936, the son of the late Harvey and Thelma Miller. Steven grew up in South Boston. He enlisted and served in the U.S. Air Force.
Upon his return to Southie, he worked for and retired from the MBTA. Steven made Nashua, NH his home with his wife of 41 years, Diana A. Miller.
Besides his wife, he leaves behind his daughter, Cayla Joy Miller of Nashua; and a lifelong friend, Buddy Carr of Dracut, MA.
He was predeceased by his only son, Keith Miller of South Boston. He was a brother to the late Vaughn Miller and Sharon Magazu.
MILLER -- A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, May 11 at 1:00 PM at the Phaneuf Funeral Home, 243 Hanover St., Manchester, NH. A celebration of his life will be held at the Boathouse in Dracut, MA in the near future.
