Timothy MacDonald Obituary

Timothy C. MacDonald
formerly of Bedford and Billerica, MA; 60

NEW HAMPSHIRE -- Timothy C. MacDonald, age 60, of NH, and formerly of Bedford and Billerica, MA, died on Feb. 7, 2011.

He was born Oct. 15, 1950 with a wrench in his hand and the gift of gab. His life ended unexpectedly on Monday, Feb. 7, 2011 in his home from natural causes.

He was a Millers' Gorilla and also worked at Taylor & Lloyd in Bedford. He was the best mechanic that ever lived and he also was a Master Talker - he loved to talk.

His love of animals was well known. He spent hours watching the wildlife of NH and reminiscing about his dogs. Then there was his beloved Trike; it was probably one of the best things he ever did, building that Trike. He was finally able to do the thing he loved most, getting back on the road with the sense of freedom.

He was the son of the late William L. and Prudence L. (Elcevich) MacDonald. He leaves behind his "Brother Bill' William L. MacDonald of Dunedin, FL; little sister, Deborah MacDonald of Westford; nieces, Shannon Brown of Bedford, and Carrie Leatherman of Chelmsford; nephews, Mathew MacDonald of Bedford, and Mark MacDonald of Westford; and so many memories with so many friends.

He will be missed more than he could ever imagine. Tim, I wish we could put this in the freezer.

MacDONALD -- Services will be held on Tuesday, Feb. 15, 2011 in Shawsheen Funeral Home, 281 Great Rd., BEDFORD from 4 to 7 pm.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Tim's memory to your local Animal Shelter are appreciated.

Uncle Timmy, so much change since both of you are gone. I see your face every day and wish I could hear your voice once again, your smile and your beautiful laugh. I hope you and Dad have found each other, two brothers that always rode together. Two brothers who I miss every day. I love and miss you Uncle Tim and Dad.

Timmy had a way finding humor in in every conversation. I'm happy to share the "Miller's Gorilla" handle with him.
I'm glad that we (my wife) had spent a bit of time with Timmy before moving to Montana. Wish could be there, but our thoughts are there. My wife Judy said she thinks of Timmy every time she has a cup of tea. R.I.P. Packrat

God awoke one morning and his motorcycle would not start...this made him sad....He thought for a moment and called to Saint Peter...".Peter I need a good mechanic and someone to delight and entertain me for all eternity"...Do we have any such person here in heaven?.....Saint Peter thought long and hard and had to give God his honest answer....No not here......but their is someone who deserves everlasting peace, joy and love on earth who possesses such qualities..."Than we must call him up" said the Lord.....Sadly for us it was Timmy....but lucky for everyone in heaven they will have the privilege of enjoying the Timmy we knew for too short of time....Forever in Heaven........I love you Timmy Mac you will always be a true gentleman to me...

IN LOVING MEMORY
OF A TRUE FRIEND AND BROTHER
Timmy from the time we met when you and Jimmy moved to Riveredge Rd. in Billerica in the early 70’s we became friends. A bond between us forged that never ended and grew stronger through the years and many places you moved onto Chelmsford then the old mansion, to the days and nights at Beach St. Inn Then onto your home in Albany NH, the days and nights tinkering in your garage or sitting watching Animal Planet with you and Rocky. The times will remain burned in my memories with the countless nights around the fires with you and Rickles at the campground.
You will always be loved and missed Brother. R.I.P.

A man that will truly be missed,he is part of a family no one else will ever know of. To see him smile, and hear his laugh is all one i will miss way to much. A true biker, machanic, he loved so much to build. I would come home from school and it would always be Timmy and my dad, building bikes. We will miss you. You will always be in our hearts and thoughts.

I learned a great life lesson through Timmy at a relatively young and naiive age. the lesson was not to judge a book by it's cover. For all his bad boy barron biker image, he was just the sweetest, kindest most generous man. I am grateful for having known him and wish that we hadn't lost touch, but our paths veered off in different directions. Wish i could be there for the services, I will be there in spirit. May you take some solice in knowing that he touched some lives in simple but profound ways.
