DRACUT -- William "Bill" P. Lacourse, 51, a lifelong Dracut resident, died Sunday, December 6th at his home. He was the beloved husband of Kerri L. (Powers) Lacourse who survives him and with whom he celebrated their 3rd wedding anniversary on June 29th of this year and 14 years of a loving relationship on November, 27, 2015.

Born in Lowell, Massachusetts, October 15, 1964, the son of Nancy L. (Cowgill) and Robert R. Lacourse, Sr. of Dracut, he attended Dracut schools and was a graduate of the Greater Lowell Vocational Technical High School with the Class of 1982.

Bill was employed as the Shop Manager with J & J Heating and Air conditioning, Inc., in Dracut, for over 33 years.

Among his many activities, Bill enjoyed motorcycle riding with his wife and friends, playing Wii and baseball with his nephew and spending quality time with his family and friends in his families backyard. Bill recently moved into a home that he and Kerri renovated together, and he took great pride in the house, working around it and doing yard work. Being the ever meticulous person that he was, he was known for always keeping his cars and motorcycle thoroughly detailed.

In addition to his wife and parents, Bill is survived by two brothers Robert R. Lacourse, Jr. and his wife Mary (Schaefer) Lacourse of Dracut, MA and David M. Lacourse and his wife Lauri (Hartford) Lacourse of Concord, NH; a brother-in-law and sister-in-law Donald R. Garcia, Jr. and his wife Arlanna (Powers) Garcia of Pelham, NH; his father-in-law and mother-in-law Joseph H. Powers, Jr. and his wife Gail A. (Paradiso) Powers of Pompano Beach, FL; a niece Kelli J. (Lacourse) Meehan and her husband Carney of Dracut, MA; three nephews Michael J. Lacourse and Brian R. Lacourse both of Dracut, MA and Cole J. Garcia of Pelham, NH; a grandnephew John Robert Meehan of Dracut; his cousin whom he considered a brother Anthony A. "Tony" Panas of Lowell, MA; his longtime dear friend Charmaine M. Lemieux of Pelham, NH and his dogs, companions and as he liked to call them " his furry kids", Tia and Tucker.

LACOURSE -- In Dracut, Dec. 6, 2015, at home, William "Bill" P. Lacourse, 51, husband of Kerri L. (Powers) Lacourse. In keeping in accordance with his family's wishes, there will be no calling hours. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Funeral Service to be celebrated on Saturday morning at the PELHAM FUNERAL HOME, 11 Nashua Rd., Pelham, NH at 11 o'clock, with the Reverend Volney Derosia of St. Patrick Church officiating. Committal Services will be held privately.
