Dillard Dean Page, 97, of Mill Creek, Indiana, passed away on Saturday, March 28, 2026, at Settlers Place in La Porte, Indiana.
Dillard was born on April 30, 1928, in La Porte, Indiana, to Wilbur and Wanda (Wiltfong) Page.
On Nov. 5, 1949, at Mill Creek Baptist Church in Mill Creek, Indiana, he married Kathryn Faye Hoffman, who preceded him in death on June 22, 2012.
Surviving are his daughter, Annette Page of Spearfish, South Dakota; son-in-law, Robert Klinefelter of The Villages, Florida; grandchildren, Rob (Corrie) Klinefelter of Phoenix, Arizona, and Megan (Jim) Eversole of Celina, Texas; great-grandchildren, Aidan and Noah Klinefelter, and Jaxon, Davis and Myles Eversole; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife; and daughters, Claudia Patricia Klinefelter and Audrey Alice Ginther.
Dillard graduated from Mill Creek High School in 1946. He also studied industrial electronics at Honeywell and PNC. Dillard was a U.S. Navy veteran who served honorably in the Korean War. He worked for Allis Chalmers for a total of 13 years. Dillard was an instrumentation technician for 25 years at Howmet before he retired. He enjoyed tractor pulls, farming and ice cream.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 12 noon on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, at Cutler Funeral Home and Cremation Center with Bob Todd officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery in Mill Creek, Indiana, where Full Military Honors will be presented.
A time of visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until the time of the service on Wednesday at the funeral home.
