Katherine Eldridge, 82, of Michigan City, Indiana, passed away Friday, Sept. 5, 2025, at 8:32 p.m. in Franciscan Health Michigan City, Michigan City, Indiana.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 11, 2025, at Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, 418 Washington St., Michigan City, Indiana, with Deacon Michael Green officiating. Private family burial will take place in Greenwood Cemetery, Michigan City, Indiana, at a later date. Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. Thursday in the Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, 418 Washington St., Michigan City, Indiana.
She was born Sept. 1, 1943, in Michigan City, Indiana, to the late Clement and Clara (Levendoske) Bolera. Katherine was married to Jerry Eldridge, who preceded her in death. Surviving are daughter, Christine (David) O'Bringer of Trail Creek, Indiana; two sons, Dennis (Barbara) Eldridge of Michigan City, Indiana, and Thomas Eldridge; six grandchildren, Adam Siegmund, Zachary Siegmund, Ryder Eldridge, Reagan Eldridge, Ramsey Eldridge and Zachary (Raychel) O'Bringer; along with great-grandchild, Hadleigh O'Bringer.
She was preceded in death by son, David L. Eldridge; and grandchild, Sara Siegmund.
She was a member of Queen of All Saints Catholic Church, Senior Center Washington Park. She enjoyed golfing, going to the movie theater and traveling.
