Angela Nichole Pasteur

Angela Nichole Pasteur (Roberson), 49, of Bartlett, TN celebrated her "birthday" into eternal peace on April 17, 2021 after a courageous battle with metastatic breast cancer. Nichole was born on March 6, 1972 in Asheville, NC. She attended Habersham Central High School and graduated from North Georgia Technical School. After moving to Columbus, GA for the first official job of her photography career, she met E. J. Pasteur, and married him on July 12, 1997.

From Columbus, GA to East Lansing, MI to Fredericksburg, VA to Flint, MI to Atlanta, GA, then to Memphis, TN, Nichole was able to contribute her talents and passion through photography. Wherever she lived she gave back to her community, as an elder in her church, developing after-school programs for under-privileged youth, leader of her son's youth and H.S. wrestling programs, troop leader for Boy Scouts and volunteer at Memphis' Museum of Science & History. She also had a passion for animals and always had at least one puppy from rescue.

Nichole was an amazing wife, mother, daughter, sister, friend and neighbor. She made everyone feel special. Loved ones describe her as one of the kindest souls on earth. While battling the difficult side-effects of treatment, she was always positive and never complained. Her life was driven by her faith and unshakable trust in God.

Nichole is survived by her devoted husband of 23 years, E. J., son Tre' (19), parents, Marguerite & Tony Roberson, sister, Melisa (Mike) Cook, their children, Palmer & Phoebe, sister, Debra (Stan) Clark, and their children Ava, Spencer, Oliver & Grayson, Aunt Linda Roberson, Uncle Scott Roberson, in-laws Micki & Ernie Pasteur, Tracy Pasteur, Jacob Zimmerman, Nicole & Andre Dandridge and Indira Dandridge.

Celebration of life services will be at 11 a.m. Friday, April 30 at First Baptist Church of Swannanoa, 503 Park Street, Swannanoa, NC 28778; In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made in her honor at metavivor.org or ASPCA.org.
