Angela Wright, 52, passed away Monday, December 12, 2016 after a lifelong battle with a liver disease. Angie was born to Carroll and Alice (Edwards) Wright in Charlotte, MI on June 9, 1964. She enjoyed riding her Harley Davidson motorcycle, camping, and loved checking out casinos throughout the state, and most of all spending time with her family.
Angela is survived by her loving daughter, Alice Wright; mother, Alice Edwards; sisters, Rochelle (Gary) Warner of Portland, Tamara (Russell) Barringer of Portland, Diane Edwards of Lansing, Darcy (David) Carpenter of Houghton Lake, Jennifer Driver of Grand Ledge; brothers, Mike Edwards of Perry, David (Constance) Edwards of Grand Ledge; adopted in her heart daughter, Taylor Preston; many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews who loved her very much. She was predeceased by her fathers, Carroll Wright and Paul Edwards; and brother, Tom Edwards.
A memorial service will be held at Pray Funeral Home in Charlotte, Michigan on Friday, December 16, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. Visitation will is Thursday, December 15, 5-7:00 p.m. On behalf of Angie, her family would like to give a special thank you to her neighbor and friend, Bernie Shaw; Dr. Linda Chermak; staff of Hayes Green Beach Hospital lab and infusion center. Their thoughtful caring of her in recent years and months is greatly appreciated.
