I did not know Brian, but his niece Tara is my best friend, through her I have followed and sympathized with Brian's story and my most heartfelt sympathy goes out to his son, my friend Tara, and the rest of the family. R.I.P. Brian I know you will be missed.

Uncle Brian was so vivacious, full of intense energy. He had an infectious smile and booming laugh that turned heads. He was a very generous man, enjoying smiles and hugs as rewards.

I remember one time, when he was re-plumbing my mom's house, radio blaring, he was as happy as a clam. He enjoyed making us girls giggle as he lip synced to Britney Spears. Uncle Brian also showed us the devious method of making PVC and putty blow guns. We were soon covered in red spots as we tried out them on each other. He delighted in watching the "war" unfold.

Uncle Brian was a hard working man. He loved to play hard as well. Above anything else though, he love his son more than the world. That love is eternal.

My deepest sympathies to you all. I have some fond memories of growing up with your family. I was friends with Robin and part of the neighborhood gang on the lake. It is so sad to hear of yet another of our childhood friends passing. My prayers are with you all. God Bless.

I knew the name, recalled the face that went with it. I then saw the picture and recall some fun times a very long time ago. Brian was a friend of a past boyfriend but he became my friend too. We sure has some wild times.Rest in peace Brian and condolences to your son and family.

I remember many happy times at the house on Lake Lansing. The little Doyle boys, especially one named Brian, loved to splash me while I was sunbathing, and was also known to sneak up and try to untie my bathing suit top!
I am so sorry for your loss, Erin. To lose a sibling is a very painful thing. You and the rest of your family are much in our thoughts and prayers
