Doris C Beard

Doris C Beard born  August 1,1923 passed away July 16 in Jackson. Doris was the daughter of Rose Mary and William M. Hoppes and wife of Robert Carl Beard. 

Doris was preceded in death by her husband Robert; daughter Diana (Beard) Hill; her parents; five brothers; and four sisters.  She is survived by her son Robert (Cathy) Beard; grandchildren Carrie (Scott) Maynard, Christopher (Shannon) Beard, Casey (Josh) Rinckey and Lisa Leonard; seven great-grandchildren, Paige and Bryce Beard, Mariah Hill, Cole and Sawyer Maynard, and Isaiah and Haley Rinckey; and sister Marlene Tanner. 

Doris was a life time member of Portland St. Patrick Church.

Service was held on July 22 at 11:00 at St. Patrick Church followed by a graveside service at Portland Cemetery.
