Hugh always had a way to make one smile, either a sarcastic remark, a facial expression or just a plain ole look....I miss him, we lost touch over the years since high school as I moved away from the Lansing area leaving many of my brother's in arms, Dan Beaubier, Damon Beaubier, Hugh Gunn to name a few, but these 3 stick out because we hung out together, and now all 3 are gone....I know they are having a drink and looking down on all of us, I miss Hugh, and the others and get teary thinking about all the fun we had, hope you rest in peace my brother, you always made me smile...

I worked with Hugh for the last 20 years. He always made me laugh with his stories and his unique take on things. He would do anything for you. I will miss you Hugh! Godspeed my friend.

I have great memories of Huey in High School typing class. We had a lot of fun and had to be separated due to messing around. He was a great guy.

I'm sorry I did not meet Hugh. I am a neighbor of Dan ( R I P ) and his beautiful mother Rena. They are ( and were) such good people, I can see why Hugh was so well thought of. With deep sympathy for his family and friends, we are The Bishops...Mike and Betty.

I was a classmate of Hugh's, in reading hit obituary, it looks like he lived his live like I remember him. My deepest sympathy to all of his family and friends. He will be missed I am sure.
