I did not have opportunity to know Judy at church, but feel her Christian love & talents thru the fellowship with her family. FRed, Steve, Sherrie & other loved ones carry on her wonderful legacy in their dedicated service for God! Her eternal reward awaits her as she enjoys personal joys in Glory! God's comfort & peace is with you.

One could not have asked for a more dear, loving, loyal, loads-of-fun, generous, godly friend.
She was our sister in Christ so we know we will meet again. That consolation holds us together
now. Until that day, we will reflect on the many times, over many years, that she and Fred showed
us hospitality as guests in their wonderful Michigan homes when we were in full-time music ministry.
She even forgave me when I dropped the iron on their family room carpet and burned a
perfect image there. She thought it was hilarious! We could talk life in the ministry with
Judy and Fred. They understood. Judy always added something funny that made us all
laugh and we'd journey on. Our friendship dates back to the 70's when they moved to
Denver to be involved at Beth Eden Baptist Church. Judy and Fred made lasting friends
with us, Jim (my brother) and Kay Koch, and John and Sue (my sister) Debee. They modeled
faithfulness, grit, graciousness, and vibrant love for Christ as they raised their wonderful
children, Steve & Jill, as Fred worked on staff at the church, and Judy nursed.
On Tuesday evening of July 24, 2018, we were all able to rendezvous at White Fence Farm in
Lakewood, CO: Fred & Judy, Jim & Kay, John & Sue. The evening was filled with joyful fellowship.
The conversation always revolved around the goodness of God in every situation--the good times,
the painful times. God granted Judy's desire to be able to return to her beloved state of Colorado
one more time. And we were blessed to be with Judy one more time. She was especially beautiful
that evening--radiant!
The light of Judy's life shined on scores of people that helped them see their way especially in
times of hardships. She was such an objective encourager--she had traveled some dark roads, too.
Matthew 5:16 marked her life: "Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works,
and glorify your Father which is in heaven."
We offer our most sincere condolences to Fred, Steve and Sherri, Daniel and Ryan, Jill and Reid, Cassandra

I valued my friendship with Judith as a co-worker & friend at the Medical Care Facility. I am so sorry to hear of her health struggles & now of her passing. I will be praying for the family & for her to rest in peace.
