Mary was a determined self-advocate, and a truly dedicated advocate for others. She will be missed by her friends at the Brain Injury Association of Michigan -all of whom were deeply saddened to hear of her passing.

Mary was a best friend growing up as a child, I was able to hook up with her a few years ago and we
had some good times together!! She introduced me to her church, which I really appreciated! I hadn't talked to her recently before her death She's going to be missed ,that's for sure !! She was a kind and beautiful person!! I love her so much, Betty Jo ziegenfuss

Mary was a very kind woman who was a huge advocate for the brain injured community. She had a lot of good loyal friends at the Brain Injury Association of Michigan. Her contagious smile lit up the room. You will be missed Mary! Rest in Peace
