Patrick William Bradley

DeWitt - Patrick William Bradley, age 52 of DeWitt, MI, passed away Wednesday, November 15, 2017 surrounded by his loving family.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Therese of Lisieux Parish, Lansing, MI on Monday, November 20, 2017 at 11:00 A.M., with Rev. Fr. John Fain officiating. Burial will take place at DeWitt City Cemetery, DeWitt, MI. Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 19, 2017 from 2-8 P.M. at Smith Family Funeral Homes - Osgood Chapel, St. Johns, MI with a Rosary being prayed at 7:00 P.M. Visitation will also be held on Monday from 10-11 A.M. prior to the service at the Church.

Patrick was born in Detroit, MI on July 7, 1965, the son of Gerald and Carol (Ervin) Bradley. Patrick married the love of his life and best friend, Christina on July 12, 1997 at St. Therese of Lisieux Parish in Lansing where they remained members of the Parish.

Family was the most important part of his life. He loved to share his knowledge and values with his family and friends. Patrick was an avid sportsman and loved the outdoors. He pursued his love of hunting and fishing at every opportunity. Patrick managed the Wildlife Toxicology Laboratory at Michigan State University where he also achieved his Masters Degree in 2009.

He is survived by his wife Christina Bradley of DeWitt, MI, daughter Natalie Bradley of DeWitt, MI, daughter Gabrielle Bradley and Ross Niska of DeWitt, MI, son Carter Bradley of DeWitt, MI, daughter Isabelle Bradley of DeWitt, MI, grandchildren; Leighton, and Theron, with another grandchild due in March, mother Carol Bradley of West Bloomfield, MI, brother Theodore and Cherilyn Bradley of Lyme, CT, and sister Cynthia Bradley of Broomfield, CO. He will be sadly missed by all of his family and his 2 beloved dogs, Winnie and Cherry. Patrick was preceded in death by his father Gerald Bradley.
