Bryan Martinez Obituary

Bryan Peter Martinez LUBBOCK- Bryan Peter Martinez was born on June 8, 1987 in Lubbock, Texas and passed away on January 10, 2013. He graduated from Monterey High School in January of 2006. Bryan worked for Economy Paint and Body where he developed a passion for transforming old vehicles into custom rides. In November 2009 Bryan was involved in an auto accident and gave his life to Christ during his journey to recovery. Bryan was preceded in death by his grandparents, Solomon and Rachel Euresti, and his aunt, Nancy Euresti Torres. Bryan is survived by his parents, Pete Martinez (Diane) and Karen Euresti; brothers, Thomas and Brandon Martinez; sister, Natalie Martinez; and children, Layla, Jazlynn and Nathan Martinez. He will be missed by a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. A special thanks to the staff at Southern Specialty, Advanced Home Health and Hospice, Lubbock Family Medicine, and Essential Home Health for all their love and care. Pallbearers will be Thomas and Brandon Martinez, Luke Euresti, Adam Rodriguez Jr., Mario Rendon, and Pablo Euresti. Viewing will be held on Saturday and Sunday from 5 to 7p.m. at Rix Funeral Directors. Services will take place Monday, January 14, 2013 at 10 a.m. in W.W. Rix Funeral Chapel. Interment will follow at the City of Lubbock Cemetery.
