Juanita Taylor Obituary

Juanita Frances Taylor LUBBOCK-Juanita Frances Taylor, 83, of Glenpool, Okla., died Monday, Jan. 1, 2013, at Glennwood Healthcare Center. She was born in Post, Texas, on Jan. 19, 1929, to Martin King Bingham and Lucy (Moore) Bingham. Mrs. Taylor was a graduate of Post High School, Post, Texas. She married Herman Ray Taylor in 1946. They farmed and ranched in Hockley County until 1976. Juanita was employed at South Park Hospital as the manager of environmental services since April 6, 1992. Prior to that time, she had served in both hospital environmental services managerial and supervisory capacities for 13 years. On March 20, 1994, Juanita accepted management responsibilities for the dietary services while retaining environmental service management responsibilities. Juanita was very proud of her two sons and in her leisure she liked to travel, read, and be a homemaker. She is survived by two sons, Martin Taylor and Wayne Taylor of Mounds, Okla., and three grandchildren. Mrs. Taylor was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Herman; and three sisters, Margaret, Mildred and Opal. Funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday in Resthaven Memorial Gardens Mausoleum Chapel, Lubbock, Texas, with the Rev. John Donnerberg officiating. Pallbearers will be Billy Meeks, Kyle Meeks, Jeremy Jones, Larry Keller, Derry Edwards, Herb Henderson and Kim Morris. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Daniel C. Schaudt of Schaudt's Glenpool Funeral Service & Cremation Care. Family and friends may send condolences to the family online at www.schaudtfuneralservice.com.

I worked with Mrs.Taylor. for many years .she was a very good person she was my friend we will miss her.
