Mr Ryland was way more than a math or drama club teacher he touched the lives of thousand of students and was a true American in his community always helping the less fortunate for the holidays I feel privileged to have known him and he touched my live in a very big way he will always be remembered in my heart. I was in his 3rd period math and drama club classes I learned so much more than math I learned live lessons and how to be a man. He was a great example to us all.

Dear Uncle Jacques,
I hope you know that you & aunty Carole changed mine & my siblings lives forever. You both cared for us as the parents we didn't have & I'm thankful to have gotten to grow up looking forward to yours & aunty Carole's Christmas visits to Hawai'i. I wish I had gotten to meet up with you last year. I wish I called you again & again when I didn't hear back from you. I just wish you had gotten to meet my 2 daughter's so they could have your everlasting joy imprinted on their hearts. I'm sure you are finally feeling whole again but please know that you are truly cherished here on earth. Thank you for giving us life. Thank you for all of the laughs & inspiring stories. Thank you mostly for being such a wonderful example of a father... I love you so much ❤

Having you as one of my best friends for the last 40 yrs was the best. We rode , partied, traveled, put up with the Wisecups of the world , crashed the gate at many events and overall had a great time. I will always remember and thank you for being my friend. You live on in my heart and mind, I'm a better man for knowing you.
