My memories of Jimmy were the Funny things that he would say during a podium, they really made me laugh. and he knew that I meant it. and he cared for a lot of people, because he wanted to do it. it was just his personality, It has been a pleasure to have traveled in his path with him.
and I enjoyed the ride. God Bless you Jimmy Good Night.

To a great friend , I am going to miss the crazy phone calls we made to each other almost everyday. Most important I am going to miss your wit and your ability to bring people together to share those wonderful moments of levity. You were a true friend thru good and bad times. Thanks for being there for me. We will miss you.

Jim and I met in the early 90's at the Sahara Hotel timeshare. He and I hit it off immediatly. over the following years, we spent quite a bit of time together talking about our profession, sports and telling each other jokes. He often spoke of his children and particularly how proud he was of Harry. He was always willing to help the new sales people, passing knowledge from one generation of salespeople to the next. A true closer and a funny guy. He reminded me of Don Rickles, looking for a laugh and always working the one liners, and yes a bit of a sharp edge to him. That's what made him a pro. He was one of the best sales guys I have met in my career. Even after his health deteriorated, he still had the drive to close deals, where most would have cashed their chips in. It is a sad day for our industry as one of the best is gone. MY family's thoughts and prayers go out to the family. Jim will surely be missed. Jeff and Peggy Biddle
