I didn´t know Jeff well; I met him at karaoke where we sang a duet together. I just heard this terrible news last night when I asked about him at the bar where I met him. I am shocked and deeply saddened by this news.
I would like to extend my deepest sympathies to Jeff´s family and friends. I only spent time with him briefly, but it was a joyous, happy time, and I consider myself so lucky to have been able to share in that moment with Jeff.
Please take care and know that Jeff made positive impacts and memories to those he met.

I want to extend my deepest sympathies to all family members mourning the death of your beloved Jeff.
Kristy is a friend of mine and a former colleague. I reached out to Jeff a few years ago when a family member was going through some difficulties and he was both gracious and generous with his time. My family and I were so grateful for his kindness and insight.
I watched the funeral online -- it was a beautiful service and tribute, indicative of a person who was highly regarded by his family and friends for his sensitivity, humor and musical ability. I was particularly touched that his mother, Rabbi Yocheved, conducted the service with such dignity and strength. What a tremendous gift to her son and testament of her character. I will not soon forget this act of love.
Lee, Gabrielle..... there are no words. My heart aches for you for the loss of your father. Kristy, I am so very sorry. If I may be of any help, please don't hesitate to reach out. You continue to be in my thoughts and prayers. Carl's, as well. Elizabeth Nida Obert
