I am so sad, I just goggled looking for information on Dr. Givens since when I did Christmas cards this year I noticed I had not received any back since 2013. He was my dentist as a child all the way to adulthood and let me intern in his office in high school,1974. He taught me a lot in so many ways. I am disappointed I did niot reach out before now. Life gets too busy ,some times ,this shows me how we need to slow down and count our blessings and Dr Givens was one of those in my life. You are in my prayers. Diana Hale

My whole family started going to Dr. Givens over 40 years ago when I was about 5 years old. He was an awesome cowboy tooth doc. I had one cavity way to go Dr. Givens. He will be missed by many we need more people like him in this world. He was very special to our whole family. May God Bless the family and comfort them in this difficult time.
Kindest Regards,
