LACEY CASAGRANDE Obituary

LACEY CASAGRANDE Lacey Martha Casagrande passed away peacefully Aug. 31, 2015, at the age of 66 years old. Lacey was born in Newport News, Va., daughter of late U.S. Air Force Colonel William Ward Maitland and Wanda Maitland. Lacey was fortunate to have traveled the world as a military daughter. She went to Oregon State University after graduating high school in Panama City, Fla. Lacey put her dreams on hold and become a homemaker from 1970 until 1983. She settled down in Las Vegas in 1982 and started her career in 1984 as an interior designer. She flourished as a business leader and was an active member in the community including a stint as a volunteer in the Junior League. She is survived by two children, whom she cherished, Dawn Casagrande-Terry and Robert Casagrande; three grandchildren who she adored, Angelique Casagrande, Paige Casagrande and Jasmine Terry; and one sister, Brandy Maitland. She will be forever remembered by friends, family and all who knew her. We will be celebrating her life 4-7 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 12, at the Firefly Restaurant, 3824 Paradise Road. We remember and cherish all the good times we had with her and how she touched all our lives.
