Tim, you were a great training instructor and showed me what it was like on the street and how to survive. Your dedication wore off onto me, which has served me well. Coming up on the end of my career now, here in Colorado, and I have a lot to thank you for and I still remember what you taught me. You were one of the most dedicated officers/supervisors I ever encountered and you were true to your values. Your example kept me on a straight path and has helped me grow as a supervisor myself. Thank you brother. May God continue to give you peace and rest in His fold.

Judge Warren VanLandschoot,Tim Grady and the rest of the original Nasty Boys were instrumental in providing me with street cop insight for the first three summers at the beginning of my own 25-year career as a prosecutor while riding with the original Nasty Boys Gang Unit of the North Las Vegas Police Department. I cherish that education and regret having lost contact with such a fine public servant as Tim Grady. I am lucky to recently meet your son, Robert, before you passed on.

It is a shame when god calls home those that are so young. It is so hard for the rest of us to understand why our loved one is gone. May Tim's loved ones find comfort in knowing he is in a gods hands now.

Remembering Tim,
For the last 30 years, Tim was a friend. From our many hunting trips, and outings in the mountains. I will miss him, as he will also be missed by his friends. We will remember Tim for living his life with gusto; he gave it his all in whatever endeavor he was pursuing.
Condolences to both of his sons; Robbie and James and to his wonderful family. Our thoughts are with you.
