I grew up knowing Tony through my parents Ray and Marie Jennings. He was such a sweet caring man. We will miss him dearly. Rest in peace Tony.

My father, Harris "Doc" Bliss, considered Tony to be his best friend dating back to their days as comrades in the service. I am lighting this candle for Tony in behalf of my father. May they both rest in peace.
