Dear Kathy, Brendan and family,
I have served with Karl at The Resolution Center for over 20 years. In that time he served as a valued Trustee, and as a mentor to volunteers and other trustees, like myself. He and I had some wonderful conversations about the potential of the Center; our ideas were filled with his vision of infinite possibilities. I shall miss him.

I am honored to say that I had the opportunity to know and work with Karl. We began our working relationship in the 80's when 2+2 programs began between high schools and community colleges. I also had the opportunity to work with him as a colleague at MCC. Karl was a sincere person with a good heart. He was a visonary leader in workforce development. I will always remember his steward style of leadership. His door was always open and he was always ready to help. Please accept my deepest sympathy. Karl has made his mark on the life of many and he will be missed.

Brendan - Sorry to hear about your father. In the relatively short time I have had the honor of serving with the two of you on the Resolution Center Board, I always had a great respect for your father's experience and the way he used that in his views. He was a true professional who will really be missed.

Mr Wagner was the great patriarch of a fine family and will be missed. I have countless happy memories of growing up with the Wagners. He was blessed to have passed on the feastday of St.Teresa of Avila. If he had lived 2 more days he would have chuckled at the irony of passing on the feast of St.Ignatius of Antioch ! May he rest in peace. F.Greenia-St.Ignatius '79.

Dear Kathy,
I was sorry to hear about Karl, he was certainly a man to be admired. I can barely keep up with my two children, much less his wild and crazy crew. I remember Maureen telling a funny story about Karl smuggling them all into one hotel room without the manager seeing them. I do love a man that is frugal!
I remember him taking me out for "whitefish" when I visited as I tried to convince him to have a certain surgery. He was stubborn, that is for sure. But he did it and that's what counts. We will be keeping all of you in our prayers as you go through this difficult time.

Dear Kathy and the entire Wagner family. Donna and I send our sincere condolences from South Carolina. We wish we could be there to celebrate Karl's life with all of you, knowing just how joyous and beautiful the music and special songs will be in the typical Wagnerian style. Our thoughts and prayers remain with you. We say "remain with you" because you have been in our regular prayers all along, especially as health issues among you came up. God bless all of you and Karl, as he is now at rest in a better, peaceful place.

So sorry to hear that Mr Wagner has died. the Wagner family were a great part of my high school years, with Mr Wagner providing my sister and I much needed rides to Regina High for a great portion of that (patiently i might add, as i never could get out of bed on time !), Maureen, Brendan, Rory, Pat, and all of you: I had much respect for your dad and for your family, much love and appreciation for what he obviously tried to provide, and for the great and substantial children he raised. I hope you take great solace from a life well-lived. much love to all !!
