Bessie H. Yonce -MACON - Bessie H. Yonce passed away February 10, 2005. Funeral services will be held 4P.M. Saturday in the chapel of Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Macon Memorial Park Cemetery. Rev. Doug Davis will be officiating. -Mrs. Yonce was born in Bibb County to the late Stonewall Jackson and Marie Slaughter Horton. She was a homemaker and foster parent to many children in the Macon area. -She is survived by her husband Odis Yonce of Macon; children, Lisa Clance (Gene) of Macon, Penny Kitchens (Stephen) of Fort Valley, Jena Farran (William) of Fort Valley, David Yonce (Tammy) of Lizella, Michael Yonce of Macon, and John Yonce of Macon; brothers and sisters, Henry Horton of Redding, CA, Marie Arnold and Michael Phillips of Bolingbroke, Stonewall Jackson Horton of Lebanon, TN, John Horton of Interlachen, FL, Daisy Castro of Maritta, Kitty Oliver of Gray, and many nieces and nephews, niece, Kathy Autry of Macon; fifteen grandchildren, Christina and Dustin Wade, Adam Clance, Rebekah, Justin, Rachel Blizzard, Ginny and Paul Darsey, Christopher and Jacob Farran, Madison and Gracyn Yonce, Brittany, Gunner, and Josey Yonce. -The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. Friday evening in the funeral home, and may be reached at 101 Wood Creek Trail, Lizella, GA 31052. -Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.
