He was preceded in death by his father, Eldries Colbert and a sister, Beryl Colbert. Survivors include: his wife, Kimberly Colbert; children, Brian Colbert II and Devin Colbert; mother, Anna Colbert; sister, Bartyce Colbert; and other relatives.
