Dear Family,
Words cannot be said to tell how many people looked up to Emory and had the most respect for him.
I for one considered him my friend, as well as you Linda. I guess we have been friends for the most part of our lives, from first grade on. You have always had that beautiful smile and warm ways. I am sorry I do not know the girls, but everyone says they are a tribute to you and Emory.
I have no idea how alone you all must feel tonite and all I know to say is just keep that sweet fun nature that you and Emory have always had and I feel that with God's help you all will make it through.
I just wanted you to know you are in my thoughts. If there was anything I could ever do for you, I sure would try.
To Bobby and Tommy, I cannot imagine loosing my brother or sister. I just hope you can find peace in the years you have shared. You all have been through some very tough times in your lives, just continue to believe in the Good Lord's help to see you through this to.

Linda, we extend our deepest sympathy to you and your family. Emory and I were classmates at MGC and played a lot of baseball. We will never forget, and are so thankful, that during the snow storm of 73 he brought medicine to our house in the middle of the night for our very ill son. He was a great friend and pharmacist.
