Mr. Cazenave was my first introduction to SBT&T. He hired me as the "first" woman hired into management in the state of MS in 1961.

He was a gentleman of the first order - polished in manners, delightful in conversation. He was an engineer but he knew people and knew how to draw out the essentials of one's personality.

My hiring to SB gave me the opportunity to meet my husband with whom have come four offspring who will be good citizens.

The family will miss him but he has left a footprint on this earth and has left a precious impression on all who have met him.

Sincerest sympathies.
