I worked with Ms. Frances at the Youth Development Center many years ago but she was always a friend to me. She was a doting mother who adored her granddaughters. May God continue to give you strength in the days ahead.

Frances was a great lady. I loved working with her at the Youth Develpment Center. Janie and Jimmy she talked about you two all the time. I know you will miss her so much. My prayers and sympathy are with you and your family at this sad time.
