Howell Dexter "Bubba" Evans -SMARR - Howell Dexter "Bubba" Evans, died Sunday, September 22, 2002. Graveside services will be held at 2P.M., Tuesday, September 24, at Forsyth City Cemetery with Rev. Claire Yoder officiating. -Mr. Evans was born in Monroe County and was the son of the late Joseph W. Evans and Effie McKenney Evans. He was predeceased in death by a son, Kenney Evans. He was a member of Smarr Mt. Zion Methodist Church. -Survivors: wife, Rosemary King Evans of Smarr; son: Joe Evans of Smarr: two grandchildren and four great-grand-children. -The family will greet friends from 6:00 until 8:00P.M., Monday, September 23, 2002 at the residence, 575 Evans Road, Smarr, Georgia. -Monroe County Memorial Chapel has charge of arrangements.
