Uncle John, Though I did not have the pleasure of meeting you, I have heard a few stories from your other family members. I can see in your smile that you are looking down upon us and watching over us.

Uncle John, My family (Val and Morgan) will never forget our times with you in St. Pete and the times you came to Binghamton. You always had a good time and always kind things to say. You will be missed by many but never forgotten.

Uncle John-There's nothing like a McGhee get together and through the years we've lost family, but nothing can take away the precious memories of you and our family through the endless photographs and all the precious memories of family reunions and that special McGhee storytelling throughout the years. You are one of my many beloved uncles and you will will be missed dearly.

Uncle John - I always remember you singing with your brothers; that alone right now makes me smile. I recall, as a young girl coming to St. Pete to visit and going to the Orange Blossom Cafeteria. It was pure joy to go to your place of work - I could tell how proud you were to have us come to where you worked. Your unexpected departure from this earth will always haunt us; but, you'll live on in your son, grandson and the heart of all the McGhees. You are loved and will be missed.
