Macon, Georgia - Patsy "P.J." Bennett, 66, of Macon, GA, passed away Tuesday, November 8, 2022. Family will greet friends from 2:00PM to 4:00PM Sunday, December 4, 2022, at Hart's at the Cupola. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to American Heart Association, 5962 Zebulon Road, PMB 359 Macon, GA 31210.
Daughter of the late Eddie and Minnave Jones Dauzat, P.J. was a graduate of Bolton High School in Alexandria, Louisiana. A longtime bartender in the middle Georgia area, she was a kind person, dog lover, an excellent cook, and a competitive darts player.
P.J. is survived by her devoted husband, Mike Bennett of Macon; sister, Clara Thomas (Richard) of Villa Rica, Georgia; niece and nephew; Traci Thomas (Angela Bay) of Smyrna, Georgia and Barry Thomas of Villa Rica; brother-in-law, Ron Bennett (Susan) of Bowling Green, Kentucky; niece and nephew; Hannah Bennett of Nashville, Tennessee and Jeb Bennett of Bowling Green.

PJ I can't believe its been two years since God lifted you up to be with him. Here on earth I miss you every day. I see Champ everyday in the back yard. Mike is taking real good care of him. But I know he misses his Mom so much. Miss you sweet lady.

Sorry for your loss Mike. You two were always inseparable. I haven't seen you all in 20 years, but I was just talking about you two a few days ago with other people from Louisiana. I know you are devastated. I hope you are able to find solace, she was quite remarkable.
