So sorry to hear of the passing of Phil. Over the years I knew him, he taught me how to train a horse with the kindness only a true Cowboy could understand, he had some mighty fine horses, loved his family and his Lord! Now he is riding across those green pastures of Heaven, a true cowboy, friend, and supporter!

To all of Phil's family and closest friends I know Phil's personality will be missed most of all. Phil was by far one of the most outspoken people that I ever had the joy of knowing, I will miss our conversations in the grocery store,And also at Dr. Robs Vet Clinic; There was never any doubt who the very recognizable voice was in the crowd because Phil's voice was a one of a kind. He was a helpful person by nature, He would do anything he could to assist you even if he didn't know you,It was just Phil's nature. I have no doubt that Heaven is a little bit brighter with the likes of Phil Westbrook's personality, I know that he has already gotten together with long lost friends and relatives,And I would also be willing to bet that he has also gone around and introduced himself to those in Heaven that he didn't know, That's the Phil I know and that's the Phil I want to,And will no doubt always remember. Rest in Peace Phil and be with Our Lord Jesus Christ Because all of your worries and troubles are no more.
