Dear Charlotte and family,

My deepest condolences to you. Ramsey and I were classmates (along with Charlotte) and friends at NYU Law School. There was a group of "Southern Guys" who left our comfortable confines to be plopped down in Greenwich Village for an extra year of law school. There were definitely some culture shock moments for us all. Ramsay was a joy to be around and provided lots of good memories. He was a friend to all of us and will be missed.
