Royce Cooley Obituary
October 9, 1932 - January 21, 2017
Vienna, GA- Royce W. Cooley, 84, of Vienna, died Saturday at his residence.
Born in Chickasha, Oklahoma, he served in the United States Army during the Korean War. Later, he became a cotton merchant with offices in Dallas and Lubbock, Texas. He was a member of Williams Road Church of Christ in Americus.
Survivors: wife of 64 years, Joyce G. Cooley; daughter, Lisa Gay Cooley of Vienna; sons, Clay E. Cooley (Lisa) of Dallas, Texas and Clint W. Cooley of Richardson, Texas; grandchildren, Chase Cooley, Ciara Cooley, Madison Cooley, Chance Cooley and Cason Cooley, all of Dallas, Texas and Chandler Cooley of Vienna; great granddaughter, Kayden Cooley of Dallas, Texas
A celebration of his life will be held at 1 PM Saturday in the chapel of Brannen-NeSmith Funeral Home.
