Billie, Ricky, Liz, and James,

My heart is with you all. I have just learned of this sorrowful news. I'm so sorry for all of you. Steven, My first Love, will forever hold a special place in my heart. We shared many beautiful memories together for many years. You're all in my thoughts and prayers. I wish that I could have been there, but I did not know. He was a wonderful person full of love. His smile was captivating and unforgetable. May God watch over his children and each and every one of you and help you through this difficult time. His spirit will always remain in our hearts and our thoughts forever.

All My Love,

Cecelia

I never met Steve but I talked to him a lot on the phone. I'm a buyer for TranSouth and Budget uses us for their auto financing. Steve never failed to make me laugh and he'd call when I was having a bad day and cheer me right up. I will definitely miss him.
