Mrs Barnard , Suzanne, Beep and family. I am so sorry for your loss. I know the last several months have been very hard and difficult. I am sure the ones to follow will be also. But he is not stuck in a bed, he is not in pain, he is as perfect as he will ever be. The pain now is ours to bare because we miss him. But from this day forward he is never farther away from you than your heart. With my deepest sympathy I love you all

Mrs. Irene: You both have a special place in my heart. I remember when Brother Barnard drove all the way to Gainesville Fl from Brunswick, GA during my daddy's kidney transplant operation and stayed with us until he made it through. You both touched not only our lives, but the lives around us. Rejoice in the Lord always, Margee Bryan Miller (Brunswick, Georgia)

Mrs Irene and family, with the passing of my mother the verse that helped me so much is 2 Cor. 5:8. to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. Brother Thomas will be truly missed.

Mrs. Barnard, Phillip, Suzanne & family,
I've been thinking about Mr. Barnard since Sunday and his phenomenal impact on our family; I know that impact was multiplied by thousands of other families. It was such sad news today, but right now, he's beginning to experience that grace and joy he told so many about. He embodied the meaning of pastor and shepherd better than any man I've ever known and yet stayed humble. He seemed to know just what to say and do in every circumstance. He comforted us on so many occasions, cheered us with that dry wit, and ministered to all who crossed his path. What a loss for this world, but heaven waited long enough! Our prayers are with you all and we stand ready to help in anyway we can.

Mrs. Irene and Family
My thoughts and prayers are with you.
Mr. Thomas was my Daddys room mate at PeachBelt. I can't begin to tell you what a blessing he was to my daddy. They enjoyed talking to each other and the laughter that would come from that room was a blessing. Daddy had gotten close to Mr. Thomas and will cherish the weeks that they had together. If there's anything that we can do for you, please do not hesitate to let me know.

Mrs. Irene, Phillip and Suzanne, Our prayers are with you all during this time of a great loss. Bro. Tom was one of the most wonderful Pastors that we had the opportunity to serve with and we will never forget the encouragement that he gave to God's people during his Ministry. He will be greatly missed, but heaven will be blessed by his presence. We know God will give you strength during this time of loss. Love & Prayers to all of you.

Phillip and Suzanne, we are so sorry for your loss but we all know he is with his Lord and Savior, enjoying the fruits of his labor for the many years he served as a great pastor to so many people. May God comfort your family in this by allowing His people to love on you as your dad did for so many through the years.....Gone but not Forgotten and always loved.
