Alice M. Langer
Nov. 30, 1945 - Oct. 6, 2022
PARDEEVILLE - Alice M. Langer born on November 30, 1945, and unexpectedly passed away on October 6, 2022.
Alice graduated from DeForest High School and worked for the Bankruptcy Court prior to starting her family. After her children went to school, she began working for ABS Global and retired from there after over 30 years. The highlight of her years at ABS were her co-op students whom she loved and remained in contact with over the years.
Mom hated pictures but had a smile for everyone she met, her laugh was infectious and hugs intense. She loved her time with her ladies' group, playing cards, attending concerts, Friday night fish fries and was always up for a good breakfast or lunch date. She also loved to travel and was very much looking forward to a long trip scheduled for December with her family. Her great-granddaughters even convinced her to get a swimsuit for the trip since the house will have an indoor pool. For those of you that know mom, that is huge! She would do anything for those kiddos. Mom was also very excited about the next chapter she was set to start in her new condo in just a few short weeks.
Alice is survived by daughter, Lisa Dushack (Frank) of Poynette, WI; granddaughters: Kelsea Dushack (Mike) of Pardeeville, WI and Kylea Dowden (Chris) of DeForest, WI; and her beloved great grandbabies who were the light of everyday: Brayleigh, Paisleigh, Madix, Gabe, Everett, Layklynn and Quinley. Her beloved dog, Sassy was never out of sight or far from her side. She is further survived by her sister, Linda Lochner (Bill), many nieces, nephews, and cousins, and an estranged daughter and her family whom she loved very much.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Alice; father, John; and sister, Jean Ann.
A private burial will be held at a future date.
Mom, you left us way too soon. We love you and will miss you beyond measure. Always in our hearts.
If you wish to honor Alice, please do so with a donation in her name to DAIS (Domestic Abuse Intervention Services).
