Gregory Robert Wilcoxrogers
July 15, 1948 - July 19, 2022
VERONA - Gregory Robert Wilcoxrogers, age 74, passed away July 19, 2022.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert "Bob" and Oka (Murray) Wilcox; brother, Lawrence Wilcox; and his partner of 40 years, Bruce Heath Rogers.
He is survived by his uncle, Doug (Ruth) Murray; his nephew, Travis (Katie) Wilcox; and many Murray cousins. He was also much loved by the Beamer and Rogers families.
Gregory was born on July 15, 1948. He attended Willowbrook High School in Villa Park, IL. He went on to graduate from the Teachers College in New Lisbon, WI. He attended school at UW Plattville and the San Francisco Art Academy. Gregory enjoyed painting and traveling the world. One of his passions was architecture. He loved roaming the city streets and admiring structures old and new. Gregory was a wonderful storyteller and will be deeply missed.
