Trapp, Janet M.
COLUMBUS - Janet M. Trapp, age 75, passed away on Saturday, May 22, 2021, at the Columbia Health Care Center in Wyocena. She was born on Aug. 25, 1945, in Columbus, to Willis and Catherine (Gmeinder) Trapp. Janet had a great sense of humor and enjoyed traveling. She also participated in the Special Olympics and especially loved bowling.
Survivors include her sisters, Deloris Link of Columbus, Dorothy (Gary) Hughes of Madison and Karen Kruger of Madison; brother, John Trapp of Columbus; nieces, nephews and other relatives. She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers-in-law, Kent Kruger and Allen Link; and sister-in-law, Alice Trapp.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, May 28 at ST. JOSEPH CATHOLIC CHURCH, East Bristol, with the Rev. Jared Holzhuter officiating. Memorials may be made out to the Wisconsin Special Olympics or ARC Wisconsin. We encourage you to share your online condolences at jensenfuneralandcremation.com.
