Lindloff, Roger W.
PRAIRIE DU SAC - Roger W. Lindloff, age 75, of Prairie du Sac, passed away on Saturday, Feb. 6, 2021, at his home in Prairie du Sac, Wis. He was born on April 20, 1945, in Reedsburg, the son of Herbert and Emma (Schulte) Lindloff. Roger was baptized on May 27, 1945, and confirmed on May 31, 1959. Roger graduated from Reedsburg-Webb High School on May 29, 1963. On June 22, 2013, he was united in marriage to June Pusch at St. James Lutheran Church in Prairie du Sac. Roger proudly served his country with the National Guard from 1965 until 1970. He enjoyed farming and was employed by Hatz Farms, Inc. He loved going to the races, Sunday afternoon drives, going to Bunker Hill, wintering in Florida, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; in-laws, Mae Rose and Howard Pusch; and his son, Michael.
Roger is survived by his wife, June; daughter, Jill Schmidt (Ben); step-daughter, Erica Fairbrother (Bobby); daughter-in-law, Amy Lindloff; grandchildren, Mitchell Schmidt, Austin Schmidt (Cassie), Kaitlyn Martenson (Clint), Elizabeth Lindloff (Igor), Jennifer Lindloff (Jacob), and John Fairbrother; brother and sister-in-law, Karen and Ron Dahm; nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
A funeral service for Roger will be conducted at 4 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 14 at the FARBER FUNERAL HOME in Reedsburg with Chaplain Daniel Farber officiating. Visitation will be on Sunday from 1 p.m. until the time of the service. Burial will be made on Monday, Feb. 15 at Oak Hill Cemetery in North Freedom. In lieu of flowers, please donate to a charity of your choosing.
