Ruby Ellen Buxton

Ruby Ellen Buxton, a 72-year-old resident of Twin Falls, passed away at home Tuesday, November 9, 2021, surrounded by her loved ones.
Ruby was born in Twin Falls, Idaho, on February 26, 1949, to Ralph Alva Buxton and Nieta Meyer Buxton.
She grew up in Murtaugh, Idaho, and later moved to Twin Falls, Idaho, where she resided all her adult life.
Ruby married John C Larsen in 1965 and later divorced. To their union Trish Larsen Smith and Spencer J Larsen. In 1975 she married Jim W Rogers Sr. and later divorced. To their union Jim W Rogers Jr.
During her life, she enjoyed her family and friends first. She spent countless hours visiting either in person, on the phone, or texting. Many laughs were shared with her unique sense of humor. She had many close friends from her years of employment performing bookkeeping and office operations at Ernst Home and Garden Center, US Bank, Twin Falls Care Center, and Roy, Nielson, Barini-Garcia and Platts Law Firm. She also was a foster parent for a few years, which she loved deeply.
Ruby is survived by her sister, Linda Buxton Parker; her children Trish (Kelly) Larsen Smith, Spencer Larsen, Jim (Anna) Rogers Jr., and a bonus daughter Dawni Jo Sheffler; grandchildren, Miles Kloer, Marshall Kloer, Sierra Rogers, Marina Frayer, Kirsten Smith, Emily Smith, and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents: Ralph and Nieta Buxton.
A memorial will be held at a later date, per her request.

Ruby was a great person and wonderful to work with and was so good about keeping in touch with me over the years. I am so grateful to have had her in my life. She will be greatly missed. Prayers to all of you during this time.
